**Phone Agent / Legal Dept. On-site Guadalajara - Base Salary 12K - 14K + bonuses**

**Position Overview**

HRPV is seeking a **fully bilingual**/fluent English phone agent representative to join our team of immigration, bankruptcy, criminal, etc. If you are looking for a job that offers you better benefits and Professional development, this is your best opportunity for applying. **There is no legal knowledge experience necessary**.

**Qualifications**:

- Fully Bilingual - Fluent in speaking, writing and reading English B2 - C1
- In Office position - Live in Guadalajara.
- 6 months or more similar positions (airport, call center, telemarketing, etc.)
- High School Diploma.
- Unfinished degrees are welcome too
- Basic Computer Skills - Proficiency in MS Office.

**Activities**:

- Administrative tasks
- Legal Documentation Assistance. (No litigation)
- Scheduling and confirming appointments.
- Provide updates to customers

**What we offer**:

- Base salary 12k - 14k free from taxes (depending on your Experience and English skills)

- Referral Bonus 5k
- Monday to Friday
