**Descripción y detalle de las actividades**
- Auxitrol weston is looking for: Implements new products, production systems and performs or validates the necessary documentation, analyzes and makes recommendations for improvements in processes and/or equipment.Main responsibilities:

- It focuses on establishing competent processes in electrical tests, climatic tests (Temperature and Humidity, among others)-Train production supervisors, cell leaders and trainers in the technical aspects of products, cell phones and equipment.Implement and improve the flow of the production cell.Develops and implements work instructions and standard operating procedures.Design and test manufacturing equipment, tools and/or fixtures.Gives recommendations for scrap reduction and rework.Performs root cause analysis of manufacturing problems to establish improvements and solutions.It ensures the efficiency of the different welding processes.It assists in the validation of the welding processes carried out in the plant, as well as the specimens submitted for validation analysis.Assists in carrying out certifications with international standards required by our clients.Conduct training on the basic theory of metallurgy, welding, and inspection processes.Certifies production operators.Assists and works with special processes to meet international standards.Implementation of the use of Lean Manufacturing tools.Knowledge of ISO/AS standard.Carry out risk analysis to promote continuous improvement and minimize the risk of rejections.Coordinates in the validation of welding joints and/or Brazing joints of any given product (Tig Welding, Brazing, Laser Welding, etc.). Ensures high efficiency of joining processes

**Experiência y requisitos**
- Minimum requirements Professional degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electromechanical, Electrical, Electronic or Industrial Engineering as a minimum.3 years minimum experienceAdvanced spoken and written EnglishProficient using Solidworks and/or AutocadExperience documenting processesDesirable minimum 1 of the followingStatistics (Capability analysis, Six sigma)Lean manufacturingExperience in machining and/or machine shopsKnowledge of PPAPExperience in electrical testing processesTo work in Industrial Park Valle Bonito
