Objective

Responsible to coordinate Import/Exports logistics operation process from and to our Manufacturing site in Apodaca, N.L.

General Responsibilities- Coordinate and planning Import/Exports on daily bases in alignment with Trade Compliance Policies- Follow Up Logistics progress along with Transportation Coordinator- Responsible to review and keep records of Incoterms and Trade Compliance for all Cargo- Supply Chain Process Mapping to asses and suggest opportunities with Continuous Improvement Approach- Assess International Customs Legislation Changes- Lead lean and/or digitalization projects focused on safety, quality or materials (1 per semester).

Specific Tasks- Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) Dialogues and Observations- Responsible of Direct Material Import/Export- Assist on Indirect Material Import/Export- SCRAP Report Revision- Trade Compliance Legislation Review- Revision and Classification of ECCN- Sending Ocean Freight Instructions- Freight Invoices Follow Up- Value Added Tax Recovery Coordinator- Receiving/Payment Follow Up- Problem Resolution and Process Implementing

**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in International Commerce, Foreign Trade, International Relations or similar- Data analysis, MS Office Knowledge (Basic/Medium level)- Intermediate / Fluent in English- Knowledge export / import processes- Knowledge of Customs legislation- Experience in international logistics (Ocean Freight)- Incoterms

Desirable- Experience in Similar Position- Experience in Manufacturing Environment- Knowledge of Logistics and Supply Chain
