Requisitos:
Escolaridad

Licenciatura en Contaduría Pública

Años y área de experiência

Experiência previa en control y reporting.

Idioma

Inglés - Alto

Conocimientos técnicos

Paquetería Office - Intermedio

SAP - Intermedio.

Cognos.

Competencias- Competencias en liderazgo, comunicación efectiva y gestión de stakeholders, capacidad de influir y negociar en todos los níveles del área.- Capacidad de análisis, encontrar patrones o insights relevantes en datos, que permitan hallar soluciones a distintos problemas (problem solving).- Habilidad para desenvolverse en entornos cambiantes y desafiantes.- Interés en desarrollar capacidad numérica y lógica.- Gestión y seguimiento para logro de KPIs.

Propósito y actividades del puesto:
Profesional responsable de supervisar los sistemas de reporte financiero y control dentro de una organización. Su función es garantizar que los informes financieros sean precisos, cumplan con las regulaciones pertinentes y proporcionen a la gerencia información confiable y oportuna para tomar decisiones informadas. Su rol es fundamental para mantener la transparencia financiera, el cumplimiento normativo y apoyar la toma de decisiones estratégicas.

Actividades generales:
- Reporte financiero bajo IFRS y NIF mexicana.- Budget y variaciones (ejecución y análisis).- Ejecución de controles internos.- Dueño de políticas contables.- Apoyo con auditores externos.- Análisis de información financiera.- Mejoras en sistemas y procesos.
