**Job Summary**:
A growing 60 million (USD) International Automobile Exporter is looking for a Logistics Coordinator to be based out of the company’s Guadalajara office. The Logistics Coordinator will provide support to the daily efforts of the Logistics department and reports to the Logistics Manager.

**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**
- Manage and maintain product arrival and departure reports.
- Manage product information and status.
- Accurate review of documents such as Bill of Lading, Invoices.
- Coordinate receipt of product.
- Communication and follow-up with procurement department and representatives.
- Client/Customer follow-up.
- Other duties and projects as assigned.

**Knowledge, Skills & Qualifications**
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively across all levels within the organization.
- Excellent time-management, organizational, and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and adjust quickly to changing priorities as directed.
- Demonstrated aptitude with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel.
- Strong interpersonal skills.

**Education and Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Bilingual Spanish/English required.
- 1+ years experience in Logistics/Transportation preferred.
