_**Nepanoa has partnered with our client in the search for an Accounting and Administrative Manager.**_

This position plays a critical role in ensuring both the operational and financial health of the organization. The Accounting and Administrative Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day office operations while managing key financial processes, ensuring compliance, and supporting the business with timely and accurate reporting.

**Responsibilities**:

- Overseeing day-to-day operations
- Managing office supplies and inventory
- Supervising administrative staff
- Coordinating meetings and events
- Ensuring compliance and safety
- Using documents to verify, record, and process transactions in ERP system.
- Maintaining accurate and complete records, including ledgers, journals, invoices, receipts, and information related to supplies and inventory.
- Matching AP and AR balances, tracking account statuses of business partners, resolving discrepancies in accounts receivable and payables, and ensuring the timely and accurate processing of payments.
- Leading accounting operations including daily, monthly, and annual activities, generating financial reports, developing budgets, preparing taxes, assisting with audits, and resolving discrepancies.
- Provisions and accrual calculations/estimations.
- Monthly group financial reporting in required format.
- Monthly reconciliation of balance sheet accounts (e.g., bank reconciliation, prepaid assets, accruals, provisions).
- Tax compliance and declarations.
- Other authority reporting related to financial information.
- Compliance with IFRS, Group Standards, and local accounting regulations.
- Reconciliation of statutory and IFRS accounts.
- Internal Control Systems (ICS) coordination with other departments.
- Leading audit process and implementing audit recommendations.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a multi-national manufacturing environment.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- ERP experience (e.g., SAP or Business Central).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
