**QA Engineering Mgmt 3**

**Education**: Bachelor degree on Electronic Engineer, Industrial or any bachelor degree related to electronics.

**Experience**: Minimum of 5 years of related experience with the position.
- Development, implementation, and maintenance of quality assurance and control systems.
- Production Quality Control
- Knowdledge on Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)
- Proactive team work and team leader.
- Capable to work under pressure environment.
- English 90%
- Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma.
- Quality Management System ISO/TL9000 &ESD
- Knowledge of SPC, PFMEA, Control Plan, IPC 610 & Quality Standards

**Skills/knowledge**:

- Leadership, Personnel Management, Negotiation skills and deal directly with the customer, telephone conversations in English, service attitude, Availability, proactivity, management of suppliers.
- Analysis data to make decisions and establish improvement actions.
- Analysis of problems by defined methodologies and establishment of corrective actions
