**Import Export Seed - Delivery Specialist**

**Key tasks & responsibilities**
- **Supervision of Import and Export Operations**:Coordinate and supervise all activities related to the import and export of products, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and Bayer's internal policies.
- **Document Management**:Ensure the correct preparation and submission of all necessary documentation for import and export operations, including permits, licenses, and phytosanitary certificates.
- **Relations with Internal and External Clients**:Maintain effective communication with internal clients, customs brokers, carriers, external specialists, and government officials to facilitate operations and resolve any issues that arise.
- **Compliance with Regulations**:Stay updated on national and international laws and regulations affecting import and export operations, ensuring compliance in all activities.
- **Process Optimization**:Identify, propose and drive improvements in import and export processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- **Monitoring and Tracking Operations**:Implement monitoring and tracking systems to ensure all operations are carried out according to established timelines and comply with legal requirements and internal policies.
- **Training and Development of Personnel**:Provide continuous training to stakeholders involved in import and export operations to ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures and improve their skills and knowledge.
- **Compliance with Bayer Policies, Procedures, and Guidelines**:Including but not limited to those related to the movement of materials and seeds, operational safety, quality assurance, resource management, and vehicle policies.

**Qualifications & competencies**
- **Job Profile** **Education Level**: Bachelor's Degree/Engineering
- **Field of Study**: International Business, International Trade, Foreign Trade, International Commerce and Logistics, or similar. **Work Experience**: +1 year
- **English Level**: Advanced conversational (weekly meetings with global groups)
- **Special Knowledge**: Regulatory and compliance knowledge, foreign trade, logistics, planning and development of international strategies, document management.
- **Competencies**: Collaborate and Connect, Create Value with the Customer & Be Efficient and Fast.
