he GTM Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the business is in compliance with the Mexican Customs and International regulations regarding import and export of material, information and technology. The major roles of the GTM Supervisor are: customs regulation compliance, personnel management, productivity and report management. This position oversees the implementation and governing of the trade policies applicable to import and/or export trade operations to ensure full compliance. This position will ensure to align local goals with the goals of the Mexico GTM Manager, US GTM Manager and VAT Certification Manager. Also, the supervisor must escalate all customs issues in order to receive guidance/assistance to address the issue and drives continuous improvement while utilizing the framework of the Eaton Business System (EBS) and the Continuous Improvement Framework (CIF).
Experiência y requisitos
Advanced English. 5 to 7 years of experience in managing special trade programs. Bachelor’s degree.
