Tasks and Responsibilities
- Maintain Document Control process within SAP/DMS/ViFlow
- Create/review/update procedures, processes and work instructions as needed.
- Maintain Employee Training database
- Maintain Audit database
- Data analysis based on SAP and FL X reports
- Driving sustainable systems vs excel spreadsheets (any department)
- FL X customer reports (for example First Pass Yield, defect reports)
- Key Performance Indicator updates (optimal visual representation)
- Sub metrics in support of KPI (creation/establishmert/format for visual presentation/transition to dept as appropriate)
- Involvement with managers to present data
- Involvement with other Variosystems facility Quality departments as needed
- Other projects as needed.
- Other tasks as assigned by manager

Required Knowledge Skills and Abilities
- Computer skills (MS Office)
- Detail oriented, capable of multi-tasking
- Ability to communicate professionally in English, written and verbal
- Electronic experience preferred
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
- Knowledge of SAP or comparable MRP system helpful
