Como BD Coordinador la función principal consiste en coordinar y desarrollar la actividad del equipo, estando a cargo del desarrollo y resultados del mismo. El coordinador deberá de dar un seguimiento constante para mejorar las estrategias comerciales y desarrollar acciones para aumentar la eficacia y el compromiso del equipo comercial.
Debe asegurarse de brindar tanto una retroalimentación como seguimiento a su equipo para así garantizar los objetivos. Será un embajador de marca
Role Responsibilities:
**Tus responsabilidades**:
- Capacidad de trabajo en equipo y gestión de equipos.
- Ejecutar un plan de trabajo específico.
- Registrar tanto la actividad propia como la del equipo en las cuentas y ayudar a cerrar tratos para cumplir los objetivos.
- Comprender y ser dueño del objetivo y propósito de la plataforma para mejorar de manera continua el desempeño de la empresa.
Role Qualifications:
**Solicitante exitoso**:
- 3 años de experiência en ventas, trabajando bajo un esquema de métricas.
- 1 año de experiência en la gestión de equipos, con reportes directos.
- Experiência siendo responsable de una amplia cartera de cuentas y en el proceso de postventa.
- Versátil y capaz de adaptarse a un entorno de trabajo acelerado.
- Experiência trabajando con CRM.
