Job Description

**Job Description**:
Responsibilities include:

- Manage all product development activities including part and documentation deliveries, _creation, and revision _of bills of materials, validation and build planning, risk mitigation, launch assurance and problem resolution.
- Serve as primary point of communication for your projects.
- Document and deliver regular project status reports to program management and maintain all project data archives per established internal protocols.
- Manage other internal or customer-related projects as needed

**Requirements**:

- BS in Electrical, Industrial, Software or Mechanical Engineering.
- 8 - 10 years of experience of which 5 of them are working as project manager, Product Engineer or New Product Introduction Engineer leading multi-disciplinary technical teams.
- Ability to lead technical discussions with engineers and effectively communicate information to technical and non-technical stakeholders in English is required.
- Strong communication, planning, organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in developing products for high volume manufacturing.
- Experience in working with a global team a strong plus.
- Experience with Project Management software and tools is required (Microsoft Project, Jira, Slack, etc.) is a plus.
- Experience with Product Lifecycle Management Software (Windchill, SAP) is a plus.
- Automotive electronics experience is a plus.

PMI/PMP formal training or certification is a plus
