Company Description

**Job Description**:
The Demand Planner prepares business related analyses and research for Supply Chain, Materials Management, and/or Logistics. The individual prepares forecasts, analyzes trends related to Buying/Planning or MRO, Distribution or Warehouse, Inventory or Material Control, and uses the analyses to compile and prepare reports, graphs and charts to ensure efficiency.

1. Weekly monitoring of booking of 1 technology as well as adjust monthly forecast.
2. Development of the Forecasting process for 2 key accounts that have a regional impact on different sites in America.
3. Identify trends of growth and decrease in demand, as well as indicators that help optimize forecasts through KPI's
4.Design and implement tools/reports and mechanisms that help the area's activities and decision-making to function efficiently
5. Weekly update of the demand planning database
6. Follow-up and critical conversations with the commercial team.
7. Explosion of materials and forecast for capacity validation.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
- 1-2 years of related experience.
- Advanced English level, able to keep a business conversation.
- Forecast Accuracy, databases, S&OP, Advanced Excel,

Competencies:

- Good analytical, mathematical, organizational, verbal and written communication skills and detail-oriented.
- Works independently, with guidance in only the most complex situations.
- Management of critical situations.
- Leadership skills. Ability to lead, contribute, and influence others in a team-based organization
- Ability to interface with cross-functional groups to define and execute overall requirements.
- Ability to design, develop, and maintain tables, formulas, graphs, queries and macros.
