**Specific duties**:

- Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges etc.
- Participate in the valuation of the positions with C&B, HR administration and positions’ Leaders
- Evaluate and recommend psychometric and other tests to support the selection process. Administer approved tests and assist line managers to interpret the results.
- Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes.
- Supervise the logistics of face-to-face and / or remote interviews with HR and selection committee and participate in selection committees.
- Elaborate and created a database for KPI’s related with LRS Mexico & RO / IRS recruitment processes.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
- Upper-intermediate proficiency in English, both written and conversational, with an expected minimum CEFR level of B2 (evaluation required).
