**Junior Accountant**

Location: Mexico City

Support all the related activities in the department, accounting activities, accounts payables, tax activities and administrative activities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Preparation of weekly payment proposals (customs agent).
- Preparation and sending of accounting charts to the share service (Conduent) for the recording of expense accounts.
- Support for reconciliation and registration of VAT paid.
- Integration of landing reports. Download expense accounts from the Edicom portal.
- Track invoices to ensure their payment.
- Sending of expense accounts corresponding to samples to the traffic area for its GR's

We value:

- Bachelor degree Accounting
- Knowledge in general accounting and Mexican taxes
- Advance knowledge of MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Enthusiastic, with ability to respond in a constantly changing environment and remain calm under pressure
- Heavily involved with all tax regulation
- Intermediate English and advanced Excel
