The Business Operations Associate team is responsible for supporting the Sales team within Arrow. The Business Operations Analyst is a crucial element to ensuring the data is accurate and the process is running smoothly.

**What You'll Be Doing**:

- Responsible for the day-to-day sales and customer support service activities for assigned accounts.
- Place the order with the Supplier and provide follow-up to ensure accuracy.
- Review Orders and documentation to guarantee all the data is accurate.
- Approve Purchase Orders
- Send the Purchase Order to the Supplier.
- Solved any rejections and worked with the returns.
- Provide status to the sales team or the customer.
- Review Backlog report to make sure all the PO are being addressed.

**What We Are Looking For**:

- Experience with Operations and Customer Service.
- Intermediate-Advanced Excel (Lookup & Reference, Logical functions, Concatenation and Pivot Tables).
- ERP/CRM Experience Advanced English Skills (Written and conversation fluent)

**The Skills That Will Help You Succeed Even More: (preferred)**
- Oracle or Salesforce experience

**Work Arrangement**:

- Hybrid: 3 days in office/2 days work from home
