Powerbuilder Developer

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop, maintain, and update project plans, including schedules and milestones, and provide periodic status reports to project leadership.
- Participate in system design, implementation, and integration tasks.
- Provide production support by reviewing and resolving tickets with proper documentation.
- Produce and adhere to Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and quality processes.
- Perform software testing and ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Translate functional requirements into technical specifications for development.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, management, and cross-functional teams.
- Ensure proper documentation of all development processes and project outcomes.

**Requirements**:
**Qualifications & Experience**:

- 10+ years of PowerBuilder development experience (mandatory)
- 10+ years of database programming experience (SQL Server preferred)
- Experience with PowerBuilder migration to version 2017 (a plus)
- Strong analytical and technical skills with the ability to resolve complex issues
- Solid understanding of Project Management concepts
- Excellent interpersonal, customer service, and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with a remote team

- Schedule: 8-hour shifts from Monday to Friday between 6 AM to 8 PM CST.
