**Your role and responsibilities**:
The work model for the role is**:#LI Hybrid**
This role is contributing to the IS Services.
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Involving and proactively supporting the installation, management, maintenance, and optimization of the service for your area of responsibility and cross-functional processes related to Information Systems services.
- Identifying, consolidating, and reporting any inefficiencies or improvement opportunities.
- Reviewing requirements and specifications and identifying those that require action within your scope of responsibility.
- Installing and testing new versions and investigating and coordinating the resolution of potential and actual service problems.
**Qualifications for the role**:
- You possess an enhanced knowledge of **Intune.**:
- You are skilled in **software packaging** using **PSADT and AdminStudio**or similar tools and you enjoy working with **PowerShell.**:
- You have **3-5** years of experience in **scripting.**:
- You are passionate about **customer satisfaction.**:
- You have a degree in **computer science or computer engineering.**:
- You are at ease communicating in **English.**
