Descripción de puesto As a **Control Desk Assistant**, you will ensure the receipt of the necessary documents to proceed with the payment to the transportation line, which include: delivery evidence that guarantees full recovery of the customer portfolio and the route sheets along with their accessory vouchers to proceed with the freight payment process and all duly authorized accessories You will work Onsite and you will report to administrative coordinator of our distribution center. **Key Responsibilities** - You will receive and validate shipping notes that represent the delivery evidence for each order delivered to our customers. - You will perform the shipment release process in OTM.
