At Icalia we are looking for a **Strategy Data Analyst **to join our team.

This is a hybrid position, working two days a week in Mesa, Arizona and three days a week is home office.

**Responsabilities**:

- Develop and implement data strategy initiatives to enhance business efficiency.
- Utilize Agile/Scrum development methodology for project execution.
- Create project plans for tech transformation, including data management modernization, data tooling, AI/ML, and Cloud Technologies.
- Assess data reporting strategy and provide recommendations to business leadership.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of projects.
- Prioritize workload effectively to meet deadlines and work objectives.
- Demonstrate strong technical comprehension and problem-solving skills.
- Write clear and concise reports appealing to a wide audience.
- Utilize Business Process Re-Engineering methodologies for process improvement.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Engineering, or another business-related field.
- 7+ years of consulting experience supporting data strategy development and implementations.
- 5+ years of experience in executing tech transformation projects, such as data management modernization, data tooling, AI/ML, and Cloud Technologies.
- 4+ years of experience assessing data reporting strategy and making recommendations to business leadership.
- Proficiency in Agile/Scrum development methodology.
- Strong knowledge of MS Project, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps.
