**Descripción y detalle de las actividades**
- Responsible to develop a strategy to eradicate quality problems in the most efficient way. Lead the team to coordinate, develop, implement, and deploy proper controls to guarantee quality on the product and processes focused to continuous improvement. Lead implementation of new product/process to Mexicali Plant, considering an operational system without constrains for execution. Lead the team to assure Quality Standards are implemented and followed per customer, company and regulatory (Government & FAA) requirements. Design development plans with the people and measure performance against Objectives. Provide coaching and guidance in terms of quality technical requirements. Assure incoming material met specifications. Provide hands on support to the manufacturing processes as it relates to the detail fabrication and assembly. Assure the proper inspection methods are being developed to assure conformance of the product. Liaison between to Program and Operations to assure objectives are accomplished. Lead direct and indirect people.Location:UTAS - GAM, Venustiano Carranza # 238 Desarrollo Industrial Colorado, Mexicali, 21397 México

**Experiência y requisitos**
- Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering or Related - 2-4 years of experience as a Quality Leader in an Aerospace manufacturing environment. Strong interpretation of IMS requirements, specs, drawing requirements
- Provide solutions to a variety of Quality/Technical problems of basic scope and complexity. Skills to work closely as a team with other international locations. Experience working directly with external customers
