En **ELECTRONIC PRODUCT SERVICES** empresa dedicada a la Industria Electrónica, te invitamos a formar parte del equipo de trabajo como **Servicio al Cliente**.
- **Puesto**: Servicio al Cliente
- **Ubicación**: Conjunto Industrial Luxar, Santa Rosa, Querétaro.
- **Tipo de Contrato**: Tiempo completo de Lunes a Viernes 08:00 a 17:30 hrs.
- **Inicio**: 30/09/2024

**¿Qué buscamos?**
- Profesional con experiência en atención a cliente.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y trato directo con clientes.
- Buena gestión de tiempo y actividades.
- _**Nível de Inglés B1 - B2 (El proceso incluye entrevista en Inglés)**_
- **Título en Ingenieria Industrial, Licenciatura en Negocios Internacionales, Mercadotecnia ó afín.**

**Responsabilidades**:

- Comunicación y contacto directo con clientes para dar seguimiento a requerimientos e informacion complementaria.
- Gestión y seguimiento de órdenes de compra de componentes electrónicos.
- Seguimiento de órdenes de compra de ópticos.
- Generación de facturas de los servicios realizados por EPS.
- Validar las cantidades de material propiedad de cliente y propiedad EPS físicos VS inventario.
- Responsable del llenado de registro de plan de entregas.
- Revisión diaria con Supervisor de Producción respecto al Plan de Produccion y Urgencias.
- Coordinar envío y entrega al cliente interno y externo.
- Negociación de fechas de entrega con el cliente vs Capacidad de Producción.
- Control de los inventarios vía Sage.
- Generación de cotizaciones al cliente.
- Notificación al cliente de material de su propiedad no conforme.
- Recepción y envío de mercancías nacionales.
- Proponer ideas de mejora.
- Comunicar y participar en los reclamos de clientes.
- Gestión de la evaluación de satisfacción de clientes.
- Soporte en actividades de Ventas.
