**Position**:
Talent Acquisition Sourcer

Arrow is looking for a passionate and hardworking self-starter to join our team as a Talent Acquisition Sourcer. Our in-house team of recruiters specialize in finding top talent in a wide array of skills and expertise including technology and engineering, sales, corporate, supply chain - any many more The Recruitment Sourcing Associate will look to source, qualify, and maintain talent pipelines in coordination with Arrow's talent needs. You will work with hiring managers and recruiting teams across the country and around the world. **What You'll Be Doing**
- Researching and sourcing resumes from varied sources to create talent pipelines
- Establish and fine tune the sourcing strategy while consistently delivering results through identification of top talent
- Capture and analyze the results of sourcing strategy and implement improvements
- Formalize pipeline strategies and assist in training and onboarding team members to your methodologies
- Other duties as assigned

**What We Are Looking For**
- Typically requires a 2-year degree and 1-2 years of experience; or high school graduate with equivalent work-related experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication; must be fluent in English, with the ability to effectively communicate with staff at all levels in the organization.
- Desire to grow into a Recruiter or other HR related role
- Personable and able to keep a positive attitude under stressful and shifting circumstances
- Takes a creative approach to problem solving

**Work Arrangement**:

- Hybrid: 3 days in office/2 days work from home
