**What this job involves**:
A Bilingual Receptionist is responsible for greeting visitors and clients, providing them with a positive and satisfying experience, and performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks in a bilingual work environment.
- **Location**: Lomas de Chapultepec
- **Work schedule**: Monday To Fraday from 9 am to 6 pm
- **Work model**: On site
- **Temporary (6 months)**
**What is your day to day?**
- Receive and greet visitors and clients in a friendly and courteous manner in both languages.
- Provide accurate information about the company, its products or services to visitors.
- Manage and direct incoming telephone calls and pre-select them to ensure efficient service.
- Assist in scheduling appointments and reservations for meetings and events.
- Collect and distribute mail and packages to employees.
- Keep the reception area clean and tidy.
- Assist in the coordination of courier and delivery services.
- Perform administrative tasks, such as photocopying, scanning, and filing documents.
- Maintain an up-to-date record of visitors and their details.
- Provide assistance to other departments as needed.
**Desired experience and technical skills**
- Excellent ability to communicate orally and in writing in two languages (usually English and another language).
- Experience in customer service and skills in dealing with people from different cultures and backgrounds.
- Knowledge of basic computer tools, such as Microsoft Office.
- Ability to manage telephone calls professionally and efficiently.
- Organization and multitasking skills to handle multiple tasks and requests in a busy environment.
- Good presentation and ability to maintain a courteous and friendly manner at all times.
- Adaptability and ability to work as a team.
- Basic knowledge of administrative and office procedures.
Pay: $18,000.00 per month
