**Essential Job Functions / Responsibilities**:

**Duties
CAD Skills
- Fundamental CAD skills in drafting, modeling, and Assembly/Layout creation

Drafting
- Create high quality drawings based on engineering/customer requests
- Creation of 2D layouts
- Originate and assist with the completion of Engineering Change Requests Notifications (ECRN’s)

Communication
- Provide clear and effective communication of feedback

GD&T

Part Number creation
- Create and maintain part numbers using the company’s Oracle Database

Computer Skills

**Professional Degree Requirements**:

- **AA **S degree in CAD or similar field preferred
- A Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Technology, Manufacturing Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or similar with CAD related Experience

**Experience Requirements**:

- None or 1 year of CAD related experience

**Technical Knowledge Requirements**:

- ASME Standards (Y14.1, Y14.3, Y14.5 etc)
- Manufacturing processes (Machining, castings, additive, etc)
