Summary
The Front Desk Supervisor must be a leader with a desire to grow, a positive and professional attitude. Organized and must have strong communication and analytical skills. The Supervisor will monitor Front Desk services quality to ensure guest satisfaction, before, during and after staying. Responsibilities may include but are not limited to driving team engagement, ensuring amazing service for our guests, scheduling and training. Good complaining guest handling and positive interactions are key skills for the role.
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum 1-year work experience as Front Desk supervisor.
- Excellent presentation and service attitude, proactive.
- Refined verbal and written communication skills.
- Opera system and World of Hyatt Program knowledge is desirable for applicants.
- Ability to work efficiently and professionally during rush operation.
- Conversational, Writing and reading English skills.
