Purpose Statement: The Training Intern will gain practical experience and contribute to the technical training team's initiatives. This role involves supporting various aspects of training program development, assisting in coordination efforts, and learning under the guidance of experienced trainers.

Key Job Accountabilities:

- Assist in coordinating the logístical aspects of technical training programs, including scheduling, participant communication, and resource management, ensuring a seamless and organized learning experience.
- Contribute to the development of training materials and content, working closely with senior trainers to create engaging and effective resources that align with the organization's technical learning objectives.
- Provide assistance during training sessions, including setup, participant engagement, and logístical coordination, to ensure smooth facilitation and a positive learning environment.
- Assist in the maintenance of the learning management system, ensuring accurate records of training activities, participant progress, and feedback, contributing to the overall effectiveness of the training program.
- Actively engage in the learning process, seeking opportunities to enhance personal understanding of technical topics. Provide constructive feedback on training materials and sessions, contributing to the continuous improvement of the training program.

Education/Experience Qualifications:

- Actively pursuing an Associate's or Bachelor's degree (ENGINEERING)

Other Qualifications:

- Possesses a strong academic background in a relevant field, showcasing a keen interest in instructional design and technical training methodologies.
- Exhibits a foundational understanding of technical concepts and an eagerness to learn and contribute to the training process with effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Physical Requirements:

- Professional office environment with suitable lighting, comfortable temperatures, and low noise level. May require prolonged periods of sitting at a desk, using a computer, and other office equipment. Minimal physical activity is generally involved, emphasizing the importance of good posture and ergonomic workplace arrangements.

Travel Requirements:

- Less than 40%
