The Account Manager / Project Manager will play a key role in overseeing projects and maintaining client relationships. **Key Responsibilities**

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth communication and high satisfaction.
  • Facilitate project workflows using **Jira**, manage support via **Jira Service Management**, and maintain documentation in **Confluence**.
  • Conduct regular video calls with clients using **Zoom**, **Google Meet**, or similar platforms.
  • Provide consistent updates on project progress, deliverables, and timelines, addressing client concerns and requirements.
  • Manage client interactions and billing needs via **Thiio**, our internal CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the internal team using **Google Chat** to ensure alignment and resolve challenges proactively.
  • Support Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) for project planning and tracking.
  • Handle challenging conversations professionally when projects encounter obstacles.
  • Foster strong, long-term client relationships to drive satisfaction and retention.
  • Use Clockify to track personal time and to generate detailed reports for clients, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets for organizing, analyzing, and presenting project data effectively

  • Fluency in **English** for all client communication (written and verbal).
  • Expertise in **Atlassian tools** (Jira, Jira Service Management, Confluence) for project management, support, and documentation.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with CRMs like **Thiio**, and collaboration tools such as **Slack** and **Google Chat**.
  • Solid understanding of technical development processes (front-end and back-end knowledge is a plus).
