**Where you will work**:
Planta Aguascalientes | On site

**What you’ll do**:

- Monitor critical molding/thermoplastics machinery processes throughout the day
- Analyze the 80-20 and verify the actions taken
- Manage immediate response to extraordinary or uncontrolled situations related to machinery
- Evaluate technicians' KPIs
- Supervise and support the maintenance team of technicians in their activities

**What is required**:

- Engineering bachelor's degree in related to Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronic, Industrial Engineering and/or Mechanical disciplines.
- Advanced English skills.
- At least 3-5 years of experience managing people.
- **Knowledge in Polyurethane and Mechatronics.**
