**What does a bilingual agent do?**

They are the providers of assistance and advice through the telephone provide the Wow experience to our direct customers, those people who buy or use our services. Each industry requires different levels of assistance, in different departments to keep the company as a well-oiled machine but towards the end, a happy customer is always the goal.

Trained in our platforms one of their primary responsibilities include assisting customers and addressing any inquiries, concerns, or issues that they may raise. Stay updated on product knowledge, defuse irate customers, create lasting relationships, update customer databases as needed, demonstrate superb organizational and multitasking abilities, follow HIPAA guidelines for the management of patient privacy and confidentiality.** Here at Integon you will never run out of resources and support to do a great job**

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Minimum Skills and Competencies:

- Fully bilingual in English and Spanish
- Must possess effective verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
