**Key Responsibilities**:
- Leverage your 8+ years of software development experience, with at least 3 years focused on observability and SRE practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance communication and foster improved collaboration.
- Mentor and upskill team members on observability practices and contribute to building robust CI/CD pipelines that integrate observability tools.
***Preferred Qualifications**:
- Over 3 years of experience in AppDynamics Administration, and 8 years of experience in creating observability solutions for large-scale distributed systems.
- Familiarity with Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) tools and security logging practices.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and their observability offerings.
- Possession of relevant certifications in observability tools (e.g., Datadog, Splunk) or SRE practices.
**Soft Skills**:
- Proactive mindset and strong team player.
- Empathetic and responsible with a commitment to quality work.
**Location & Schedule**:
- Remote work from Mexico City, Guadalajara, Monterrey, and Coahuila.
- Work hours Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 18:00
- **Advanced English skills are mandatory, and only residents of GDL, MTY, Coahuila, and CDMX.**
