**What you’ll do?**
- Serve as SQL/Oracle Database Administrator in a complex business environment.
- Proven experience as an SQL/Oracle Database Administrator with expertise in Oracle and SQL database technologies.
- installations, upgrades, patches, backup, recovery, space management, performance
- Deploy changes in database, proactively monitoring of performance and capacity planning of RDBMS
- Provide management with recommendations for upgrades and maintenance to ensure the Database Server is running optimally
- Responsible for planning, designing, coordinating and administration of SQL Database
- Server, including database definition, structure, documentation, standard, and recommending/executing a backup and recovery strategy
- Strong knowledge of database architecture, performance tuning, and optimization.

- Familiarity with security best practices and compliance standards.
- Monitor database performance and troubleshoot issues related to SQL/Oracle Server instances.
- Implement and manage database security measures, including user authentication and authorization.
- Regularly review and update security policies to protect sensitive data.
- Investigate and resolve database-related issues, such as data corruption, connectivity problems, and performance degradation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex problems.
- Identify and address performance bottlenecks by optimizing queries, indexing, and server configurations.
- Familiarity with security best practices and Oracle database compliance standards.
- Develop and implement automation scripts for routine Oracle database tasks.
- Coordinate with vendors and IT teams to schedule maintenance windows for patching.
