The Plant Controller develops and supervises the Financial and Control Systems that will help achieve the Company’s objectives for our Tijuana operations.

Experiência y requisitos

Manages Operational Accounting aspects and establishes Objectives and Policies for the Organization. Prepares reports of the Financial Position of the Company as pertaining to the areas of Income, Costs, Expenditures and Profits based on Budgets and Financial Projections. Coordinates and authorizes the preparation of reports for Government Agencies (Local, State and Federal). Responsible for the Mexican Accounting System and coordinates it’s relation to the Corporate Accounting System. Advises Management on desirable changes due to changing Fiscal Laws and provides advice on Importing and Exporting Customs Regulations. Makes arrangements to set up the Accounting Audit for the Company. Qualifications CPA with five years of relevant experience in Manufacturing Industry Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, or Finance Fluent in English and Spanish Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to create and process financial spreadsheets Experience in ERP management - Sage 100 is preferable Negotiation skills High attention to detail and accuracy Good verbal and written communication skills Organizational skills Problem analysis and problem-solving skills Sense of urgency
