**Descripción de las actividades**:

- Atención a clientes antes, durante y después de la venta.
- Elaboración, envío y seguimiento de cotizaciones.
- Identificación de oportunidades de venta cruzada y adicional.
- Cierre de ventas con clientes activos.
- Procesamiento y seguimiento de órdenes de compra.
- Coordinación con proveedores y áreas internas.
- Facturación a clientes.
- Seguimiento postventa y resolución de incidencias.
- Elaboración de reportes semanales de ventas y servicio.
- Generación de nuevas oportunidades de negocio dentro de la cartera asignada.

**No call center // No cambaceo // 100% ventas industriales.**

Experiência y requisitos

**Requisitos**:

- Inglés mínimo 80% (oral y escrito; se realiza evaluación).
- Experiência en atención al cliente y ventas.
- Excelente comunicación verbal y escrita.
- Organización, seguimiento y enfoque a resultados.
- Actitud proactiva y orientada al servicio.
