Overview:
**Join our team**

The **Document Verification Analyst** is responsible for reviewing consumer credit operations, validating that the information and the documentation of the client comply with the approved profile by the analysis area, as well as ensuring compliance with credit policies and procedures.

This position requires proposing initiatives to improve the quality of the review optimize response times and reduce costs in the area.
**Location**: Monterrey, N.L.

**Responsibilities**:

- Review and corroboration of customer information
- Verification of information via telephone
- Document validation and data entry
- Detection of inconsistencies in documents and information
- Participation in projects of process development
Fraud prevention
- Maintain and improve the level of service by meeting response times and levels of satisfaction.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor degree in Accounting, Administration, Economics and/or Engineering.
- 2+ years working in the financial sector, preferably in activities related to document verification.
- Basic/Intermediate English Skills.
- Experience in reviewing and capturing information.
- Solid oral and written skills
- Detail oriented
- High capacity to concentrate in repetitive activities
- Capacity to work under pressure
- Proactive
- Capacity to work with teams
- Responsible
- Excellent attitude towards service
- Intermediate level in Office, Excel and Access.
