Design machines that dig, load and haul autonomously. Run digital simulations predicting how yet-to-be-built components will perform in the field.

**Job Purpose**:
To provide expertise in specific areas of the manufacturing process to ensure the most efficient and cost-effective manufacture of product.

**Job Duties**:

- Design, implementation and monitoring of efficient processes for foundry processes
- Preparation and update of Standard Work
- Preparation and updating of Control Plans
- Development and updating of Failure Mode Analysis
- Support for the elaboration of Security Failure Mode Analysis
- Asset Management and Capital Project Management Program 11
- Coding and decoding of consumables and tools for Production
- Planning and execution of Calibrations required in production processes
- Continuous Improvement

**Background/Experience**:

- Professional career in Materials Engineering, Metallurgical or related career - Advance 90%+
- Intermediate level + in MS-Office (Excel, Power Point, Word, Power Bi, etc.)
- Experience in Manufacturing Processes or Operations related to Foundry
- English 50%+
- Knowledge of Lean and CPS
- Knowledge of ISO-9000 Quality Systems
- Basic Knowledge of APQP

**Desirable requirements**:

- Knowledge Planning and Design of new processes
- Interpretation of metallurgical specifications
- Capital Management
