**Responsabilidades**
- Realizar entrevistas de screening para validar nível de inglés y perfil profesional.
- Gestionar documentación (CVs, videos, formularios).
- Presentar perfiles a supervisores y clientes internos.
- Coordinar órdenes de servicio y documentación legal.
**Requisitos**
- Mínimo 1 año de experiência en reclutamiento, ventas o atención al cliente.
- Inglés avanzado (B2-C1).
- Manejo de herramientas como ATS, Excel y plataformas de entrevistas virtuales.
- Alta organización, proactividad y enfoque en resultados.
