**Description**:
**Basic Purpose**
**Identify issues and risk mitigation, and coordinate/manage the resolution process**
**Perform efficient and through reviews of the components involved in the infrastructure.**
**Actively participate in the activities required by the different certifications that Evo has, including PCI.**

**Required Experience**
**5 years working with IT infrastructure.**
**Experience in PCI certifications is a plus**
**Experience debugging complex problems that span multiple systems**
**Skills and competencies**
**Bachelor’s degree in a computer-related field, or 5 years working with IT infrastructure.**
**Proven project manager skills.**
**Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.**
**Passion for customer service and ownership of the customer experience including comprehensive issue resolution**
**Strong interpersonal, strong communication, organization, and problem solving skills.**
**Strong analytical and thinking skills.
