Diagnoses problems and performs maintenance of complex equipment; participates in each phase of the manufacturing process and follows appropriate guidelines and standards in corresponding functions, according to regulations.

**Job Requirements**:

- Maintaining facility stability in working processes through daily upkeep, calibration, and troubleshooting.
- Collaborating with other first-line technicians to resolve operation difficulties and assign resources.
- Participating in and monitoring manufacturing processes; implementing appropriate operation standards and following production regulations.
- Rescheduling manufacturing tasks among technicians to cope with requirement variances.

**What your background should look like**:
Typically requires 4-5 years or more of related work experience. Requires high school diploma. Completion of an AA degree or equivalent is preferred.
