**About the role**:
As a **Sales Representative**, you will play a pivotal role in driving our global growth. Your mission is to identify new business opportunities and establish strong relationships with warehouses across the United States.
**What You’ll Do**:
- **Lead Qualification**: Assess whether prospects meet our ideal client profile based on their clinical and operational needs.
- **Meeting Generation**: Schedule high-quality meetings with key decision-makers in the healthcare industry for the commercial team.
- **Pipeline Management**: Use CRM tools to track activities, maintain accurate records, and manage your sales pipeline effectively.
- **Market Research**: Monitor industry trends, competitors, and market movements to refine your pitch and improve targeting strategies.
**What We’re Looking For**:
- Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written)
- Outstanding communication skills with a persuasive and confident approach
- Previous experience in outbound sales or business development
- Ability to build trust and long-term relationships with clients
- Familiarity **with warehouse-related terminology and operations**:
**What We Offer**:
- Competitive **base salary ($24k - $25k gross)**:
- Full **law benefits (15 days of Christmas bonus if you have less than a year, 20 days of Christman bonus at year, 37.5% instead of 25% of vacation bonus)**:
