**WHAT YOU’LL DO**:

- Execute initial and replenishment allocations to maximize sales and optimize inventory levels
- Collaborate with team members to analyze sales trends and adjust inventory strategies.
- Support merchandise requests, deliveries, and transfers between locations to minimize understock or overstock situations.
- Provide feedback on store and product performance to support planning and strategy.
- Manage store-level inventory by analyzing weeks on hand, open-to-ship data, and delivery flows.
- Prepare weekly business reports and troubleshoot shipment delays.
- Conduct seasonal size analysis and collaborate with merchants to adjust strategies.
- Ensure alignment between allocation plans and overall business objectives.

Experiência y requisitos

**REQUIREMENTS**:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. At least 2 years of experience in inventory management, retail sales supervision, or a related field. Availability to work flexible schedules, including weekends.

Excel proficiency
