**What You’ll Do**:

- Provide support to Executive Assistants, Operations, and Client Experience Managers.
- Coordinate reports and assist paralegals and clients.
- Supervise and enhance customer service quality, ensuring a smooth experience for U.S. clients.
- Develop and deliver training sessions related to legal processes and U.S. regulations.
- Manage and coordinate legal documentation, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Act as the key contact between the firm and international clients.

Experiência y requisitos

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Law degree or equivalent experience as a Paralegal.
- 1+ years of experience in law firms, legal assistant, preferably working with U.S. clients.
- Advanced English (spoken and written) - essential for communication with U.S. clients.
- Previous experience in team coordination and report generation.
- Knowledge of various U.S. legal systems and the ability to provide training on legal topics.

**What We Offer**:

- $25,000- $40,000 pesos a month (gross salary)
