**Intangibles Talent** is growing, and we're excited to expand our team with a skilled **CAD/Revit Drafter** who can contribute to our clients success.

What will you do?_**_ _**Produce architectural aspects of design documentation for construction projects.Work assignments include, but are not limited to:

- Code and zoning research.
- Schematic design studies.
- Design development and construction drawing completion.
- Materials and precedent research.
- Model studies digital and physical.
- Assistance with design proposals and marketing graphics.
- Project consultant correspondence.
- Construction administration management.
- Attend project and owner meetings as needed.

Qualifications:

- **
- Professional Degree in Architecture or equivalent work experience.
- Proficient in **Revit, Bluebeam, MS Office.**:

- Proficiency in **3D Visualization Software** (Lumion, Enscape, Sketchup, Rhino) and Adobe Suite a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent time management.
