**Mission**

A high-quality IT infrastructure is a must to stay competitive in an increasingly interconnected world. Atlas Copco´s digital journey continues, to enable us to run business at full speed. To ensure we can deliver this in North and South America, we are now looking for someone to join our IT Operations Team, as Systems & Cloud Engineer

As such you will assure that, together with our external partners and internal IT Service Teams, we deliver Hosting and cloud services with the required quality, reliability, speed, and the right costs, fulfilling the expectations of the stakeholders.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Provide insight, planning and execute Atlas Copco’s Cloud Strategy to Azure and other cloud providers.
- Manage tickets, service requests, and proactive maintenance for Physical, Virtual, and Cloud Server Infrastructure.
- Work with the Service Desk and On Sight Support to provide Level 2 & 3 support internally and in coordination with our vendors.
- Assist in developing Disaster Recovery plans to reduce operational risk while meeting the required availabilities needed for our customer’s Business Continuity Planning and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Participate in projects requiring hosting/server/cloud resources, delivering per scope, schedule, and budget, including the analysis of technical, requirements, design & Solution, deployment, and operations.
- Independently manage small and medium size projects.
- Collaborate and work closely with other IT Teams, external partners, and service providers to deliver reliable and stable hosting/server infrastructure.
- Interface with architecture and solutions team to ensure designs are implemented per process including evaluating and recommending new solutions while maintaining knowledge of emerging technologies
- Guarantee the delivery of new services locally & regionally through structured support, development, and change management processes in alignment with industry best practices.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with businesses and end users with continuous focus on customer satisfaction, compliance, and standards
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Experience
- Experienced in setup and management of servers in Azure and migration of on-premises servers to Azure and/or partners data centers.
- Experience in Azure IaaS, PaaS, AD integration is desirable.
- Strong background in IT operations with experience in in Virtualization technologies (e.g. VMWare).
- Knowledge of the Windows server family, server/data recovery and backup solutions.
- Server management, server monitoring, patching including middleware and reporting.
- Experience of successfully delivering IT services, projects, and support.
- Working knowledge of value and use of Standard IT processes and methodologies (i.e. ITIL, PMI and SDLC).
- Proven track record of continuous learning, self-development and working in highly collaborative environment and have excellent organization skills.

Education
- University degree or equivalent experience.
- AZ-104 certification is preferred.
- Certification within ITIL (Foundation) is desirable.
- Fluency in English, spoken and written is a must; second language preferred.
