**SENIOR DataStage Developer**

Location: Guadalajara, Mexico (Onsite 2-3 days a week)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and develop ETL processes using IBM DataStage to extract, transform, and load data from various sources.Work with business and technical teams to gather requirements and design scalable data solutions.
- Implement and optimize data pipelines for high-volume data processing, ensuring data quality and integrity.Troubleshoot and resolve issues with data flows, ETL jobs, and data warehouses.
- Participate in the development and maintenance of data models and integration processes.
- Collaborate with data architects and database administrators to optimize performance and scalability.
- Develop data quality checks, auditing mechanisms, and data validation processes to ensure accuracy.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation for ETL processes and data workflows.Work in an Agile environment, providing continuous feedback and participating in regular team standups.

**Required Qualifications**:

- 7+ years of experience working with IBM DataStage in an ETL development role.Strong understanding of SQL, PL/SQL, and database technologies (both relational and non-relational).
- Proven experience designing and implementing large-scale data pipelines and data integration solutions.
- Familiarity with data warehousing concepts, data lakes, and real-time data processing.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
- Experience working with various data sources, including Oracle, DB2, SQL Server, and NoSQL databases.Advance English proficiency for both written and verbal communication.
