Minimum 0-2 year’s recruitment experience in any of these verticals (IT/Embedded/broadcast/telecommunication) background to align with vertical
Must have International exposure experience working in international market such as USA.
Contract market experience required but permanent can be considered if they are from (IT/Embedded/broadcast/telecommunication) background to align with vertical
Full recruitment life cycle in End-to-End Recruitment.
Knowledge in Microsoft office Excel, Word & PowerPoint.
Strong negotiation skills and understanding of compensation structure.
Professional telephonic etiquette.
Knowledge of recruitment tools, Boolean search logic, X-Ray search, LinkedIn search.
