Descripción y detalle de las actividades
- Lead the implementation of maintenance strategy and TPM sustaining.
- Develop and document standard work procedures, performance monitoring systems, machine upgrades.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless integration of maintenance activities.
- Monitor and analyze key metrics such as MTBF and MTTR to optimize machine and team performance.
- Train and develop technicians, ensuring adherence to best practices and safety protocols.
- Develop business justifications for CAPEX approvals.
- Establish and maintain organized documentation and projects.
- Conduct regular Gemba Walks, Layered Process Audits (LPA) to identify and address issues, Kaizen, Lean projects or Agile methodologies.
- Implement preventive maintenance procedures and failure mode analysis.
- Communicate effectively with the team, providing updates and feedback.

Experiência y requisitos
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in maintenance supervision, preferably in a manufacturing environment, minimum 5 years.
- Strong knowledge of TPM, preventive maintenance, and performance monitoring methodologies.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in SAP and methodologies like PDCA, DMAIC, 8D.
- Data driven, used Minitab, Pareto, RCA Tools.
- Ability to work independently and make informed decisions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
