Conocimiento y dominio de los diferentes indicadores de calidad como lo son DRR, DVX, SCA, 1MIS, 3MIS y Estatus I.

Soportar y supervisar las diferentes áreas del sistema de Calidad en segundo y/o tercer turno. SCA, Cert line, seguridad y emisiones, I status.

Facilitar y coordinar las acciones necesarias para la implantación de contramedidas, así como alertas estáticas y dinámicas para atacar las diferentes causas raíces de los problemas de calidad.

Recabar kaizen journal de los diferentes proyectos para darle seguimiento al responsable del proyecto y apoyarlo con los requerimientos que pudiesen aplicar.

Manejo de inspectores de calidad, actualización de reportes diarios, semanales y mensuales.

Actualización de tableros PQG; control de rechazos por áreas, identificación de áreas críticas en el proceso de manufactura, evaluación de estaciones de inspección.
