**Your responsibilities**:

- Lead global supply chain projects within the Health division, aligning with our dynamic business goals and meticulous timelines.
- Foster synergy between procurement, logistics, manufacturing, and regulatory teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Devise strategic plans that define the breadth of projects, manage resources wisely, and uphold Reckitt's high-quality standards.
- Navigate project risks with foresight, crafting strategies to mitigate potential impediments.
- Keep stakeholders informed and engaged, maintaining clear communication and consensus on project objectives.
- Document all project facets dutifully, providing insightful reports to facilitate transparency and informed decision-making.

**The experience we're looking for**:

- Proven competence in managing supply chain projects, ideally within the health sector, with a track record of delivering on promise.
- Natural leadership and communication skills that permeate all levels of business, fostering both collaboration and trust.
- Adept in using modern project management tools to maintain control and steer projects efficiently to completion.
- Acumen for analysing data, understanding market trends, and using insights to drive supply chain improvements.
- Negotiation skills honed through experience, notably within procurement and vendor management.
- Insightful knowledge of supply chain planning and logistics management, with an eye for enhancing productivity and business processes.
