**_About the role: _**

Manage a diverse workforce in organizations to ensure efficient day-to-day
operations. This person will help oversee the entire staff with Rapido. He / She will implement processes, ensure helpful services for customers, and oversee equipment maintenance.

**_Key responsibilities: _**
- Leads project teams to define and implement new processes/solutions.
- Exhibits strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills.
- Acts as a resource to project owner, communicates project milestones, and presents

documentation to ensure objectives of improvement teams are met. Documents and reports

**_About you_**:

- Ability to multi-task and perform several duties at one time
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with customers, employees, and management
- Proactively establish and maintain effective working team relationships with all support departments
- Must be proficient with Web software and familiar with Microsoft Office products - including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.
